* $50 Service Fee applies to Special Event accounts bound in AZ, CA, CO, FL, HI, ID, NV, OR, TX and WA. $150 Service Fee applies to all other states.

An account quoted with Mt Vernon Fire Insurance Company, or any other surplus lines carrier, is subject to surplus lines taxes.  Please contact IES for tax rates to apply.
