Kaci Mathews serves as Renewal / Account Specialist Team Leader of Indemnity Excess & Surplus Agency.  Kaci's primary responsibilty is maintaining renewal accounts, including soliciting renewal instructions from the carriers, obtaining updated renewal information from IES’s retail partners, and soliciting and issuing renewal quotes. She also provides leadership and training for her team.

Kaci joined IES October 2005.
