Augie Heisler serves as Security Supervisor of Indemnity Excess & Surplus Agency.  He is responsible for providing security support to the daily operations of IES, monitoring doors, sniffing visitors, and keeping the cafe floor clean. Augie is also responsible for reducing staff stress and creating smiles.

Mr. Heisler joined IES April 2011.
