April Simpson serves as Renewal / Account Specialist of Indemnity Excess & Surplus Agency.  She is responsible maintaining renewal accounts, including soliciting renewal instructions from the carriers, obtaining updated renewal information from IES’s retail partners, and soliciting and issuing renewal quotes, as well as account maintenance.

Ms. Simpson joined IES as employee #1 in 1994, and left in 1998 for an "eight-year maternity leave". She returned to the IES Team September 2006.

April began her Insurance career in 1989 with a local surplus lines MGA. In her spare time Ms. Simpson enjoys traveling, cooking, and camping & hiking with her family.
