How do I obtain an application for one of your products?

It’s very easy!  While on the IES web site, just click on the “Download Forms” icon or tab which you will find on every page of the web site.  From there, choose from any of the four lines of products, Professional Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Employment Practices Liability or Property and Casualty and you will find applications for our most popular products.  If you do not find the application you are looking for, simply email any IES Team Member, and you will have an application returned to you within minutes.

How do I send a submission to IES?

Submissions can be emailed to Submissions@ies-xs.com where they are received and processed immediately, or you can fax a submission to 503-626-2260, or email to any of our Team Contacts.

How do I request a Certificate of Insurance?

Simply click HERE.

How do I request a loss run report?

Simply click HERE.

Or you can fax a request to 503-626-2260.  On the Agent of Record’s letterhead or Named Insured’s letterhead, you must include the Insured Name and the policy number for each policy for which you are requesting a loss run report.  Loss Run reports can only be sent to the Agent of Record on the policy, or directly to the Named Insured.

How do I obtain an appointment with IES?

It’s simple and painless.  Make as many submissions as you wish, then as soon as you bind an account you will receive an agency agreement packet from our office.  Complete the agreement, sign and date, and return to IES’s home office and you will become an IES “Retail Partner”.

Do you have a listing of the carriers with which you currently place business?

Yes.  Click HERE to access our master carrier listing.

When does IES send renewal instructions?

Renewal applications and instructions are generally sent out by our renewal department two months prior to policy expiration.  However, some carriers’ renewal procedures do not allow us as much lead time as we would prefer, so these renewals will be handled as soon as we are able to obtain the instructions from the carrier.

What are IES’s accounting terms?

You may pay the invoice for each individual transaction when you receive an invoice at the time of binding or when an endorsement is processed.  Or you may pay all transactions from your agency statement each month. Upon receipt of your agency statement each month, full payment is due for that statement no later than the 15th of the month.

Many accounts require immediate payment, be sure to review your invoice for payment instructions.

Who is “The Family”?

Click HERE to see for yourself.

I see “Committed to the Success of Our Retail Partners” appear on IES applications, business cards, stationary and web site.  What is the significance of this statement?

“Committed to the Success of Our Retail Partners” is our value statement and it serves as our mission statement.  The entire team (The Family) at IES lives by this statement each and every day.  It is our sincere desire to be the best we can be at what we do in order to be able to service our customers, which we consider our partners in business, Retail Partners.

What does PDQ mean? Why do I see this on IES’s materials?

PDQ stands for “Pretty Darn Quick”. IES guarantees an answer returned to you within 24-hours on all of our “PDQ” programs, which are identified by our “PDQ” logo.  This is our way of letting you know we understand the importance of a quick answer to your clients, and our commitment to helping you succeed.

“My goal is to give every Retail Partner a level of customer care that exceeds his or her expectations.”
